  * Mom is some sort of elemental; a mystery?
  * Teemin would die for his father
  * Teemin is interested in going places, seeing things
  * Less interested in doing and achieving
  * Teemin began to learn magic somewhere else, from a master, not at Tessera University
  * When he decided to start adventuring, his father set him up with an apprenticeship. Teemin was so eager he showed up early, at the wrong place, and set off a trap. Liadon showed up and helped to get him out. That was about a year before our first session
  * Teemin owes someone in a big way and cannot get out from under the debt
