• Covered in runic tattoos that are reviews from previous adventurers, including introduction letter on his chest re the Honourable Guild of Cooks & Bakers (member in good standing)
• Has a mule (“Fondu”) who pulls a covered wagon full of pots, cooking utensils, ingredients, livestock
• Sings, plays drums (pots) and bagpipes
• After finishing his apprenticeship at for the Honourable Guild of Cooks & Bakers, Yelprik worked doing some catering for a minor mountain dwarven noble from Snow Mountain Island. The noble is quite powerful now, and Yelprik is a bit worried about them
• Yelprik worked at a tavern where Liadon was a regular (Liadon speaks Dwarvish, and Yelprik speaks Elvish)
• Yelprik appreciates Liadon’s curiosity and willingness to try anything Yelprik cooks
• Yelprik adventures instead of staying home because there are foods out there that he hasn’t tasted, and he wants to try them
